Sequence5 Ltd is a B2B training platform incorporated in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Sequence5 Ltd.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following types of personal data:

• Buyers: Name, email address, company name, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).
• Learners: Name and email address, provided by the buyer when setting up a cohort.
• Mailing list subscribers: Email address and, optionally, name.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver course lessons and track completion progress.
• Send purchase confirmations and completion reports.
• Send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process buyer and learner data on the basis of contractual necessity. We process mailing list data on the basis of consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

5. Data retention

Learner data is deleted 30 days after a cohort's deadline date. Cohort records and completion reports are retained for audit purposes. Mailing list subscription records are retained even after unsubscribing, in order to maintain an audit trail of consent and withdrawal as required by UK GDPR.

6. Third parties

We share data with the following third-party processors:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• Neon — database hosting
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and delivery

We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies necessary for payment processing.
